In 2005, the Society acquired three surplus federal government houses to provide homes for low to moderate-income families. The majority of housing applications come from singles and couples. To meet this market demand, the society decided to sell two of the houses to community families at below market value. These resources will then be redirected into multiple unit housing projects.
