The DG Housing Development Society owns and operates a four-suite assisted living facility called Martin Manor. This facility is operated in partnership with BC Housing and the Northern Health Authority. All admissions are handled by Northern Health Authority.

Martin Manor staff provide two meals a day and weekly housekeeping.  The suites are completely outfitted for independent living, with full kitchens. Northern Health’s home care services provide personal care for the residents and limited medical support.

​Martin Manor is located at 306 2nd Avenue in Daajing Giids and was named in honour of Joline Martin, a long-time, local social housing activist who was instrumental in making it happen.
